Our room was really nice, spacious with a great pool view. It was super clean and housekeeping came every day. The only downside was the bathroom. it smelled weird sometimes and the ventilation was kinda noisy. But overall, the room was comfy enough to relax after a day at the pools.

good amenities , but room for improvement
The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained , with lush gardens and convenient sunbeds available at all times. The aqua park offers enjoyable experiences for both adults and kids, creating a fun family atmosphere.
The room could have been more spacious for a family of four.

The aqua park was a highlight, and the diving center was an amazing adventure exploring coral reefs. Our kids loved the kids’ area and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Plus, the gym with a pool view was a great perk!
One downside was that the rooms were on the smaller side for our group, which made it a bit cramped at times.

The handmade pasta was a standout, weaving together flavors that truly took me on a culinary journey! The kids absolutely adored the aqua park—endless slides and pools for all ages. Plus, the staff were super friendly and attentive, making our stay even better.
Now, if I had to nitpick, the spa experience was a bit lackluster. The facial felt rushed and shared, which was weird. Also, the evening entertainment could use a little more zing, and it would be great to have more kid-friendly options for picky eaters.

Buffets were impressive, with a varied selection of international dishes and a delightful Indian restaurant option. The staff truly made the experience stand out, particularly Sous Chef El Razak, who catered to dietary needs with patience and warmth. However, the pools closed earlier than expected, giving limited time for evening relaxation, and the excursion sales pitches were quite persistent. The beach bus service was convenient, though often crowded, which warrants consideration for planning beach visits.

We had a fantastic time at this water park resort! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially at the kids' aqua park, which our 3 small children absolutely loved. They had endless activities lined up, making every day a new adventure for the family.

Recommended for families with children
The array of pools and water slides left my son grinning ear to ear,, he didn't want to leave when it closed at 5! Plus, the staff were all smiles, especially Mustafa at reception,, who always had a quick joke to brighten our day.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but it was still quite acceptable.

Excellent place with its amazing amenities like the aqua park, 24-hour reception, and kids club. The staff once helped me find my lost barrette, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it for families!

missingWrote a review on Jul 13aqua parkbeach shuttlevaried poolsdisappointing food
The distinct aquapark offers a range of thrilling slides and pools perfect for both kids and adults. Proximity to the beach with a shuttle bus every hour adds to the appeal, providing a scenic escape for sunbathers and snorkelers alike.
Food quality varied, with some dishes lacking flavor and freshness. the Indian restaurant underwhelmed with a limited buffet not representative of authentic cuisine. The bathroom ventilation was noisy, and there were occasional unpleasant odors, which detracted from the overall comfort. Evening entertainment could use a bit of flair, and many guests seemed to monopolize pool floats and sunbeds, leading to an informal atmosphere around pool rules that could be challenging at times.
